Public Advocates and the Education Trust-West presented these comments to the State Board of Education urging SBE to comply with reporting requirements of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act regarding its Educator Equity Plan. After receiving our letter the California Department of Education pulled this item from the May SBE meeting. We made additional recommendations to the Plan CDE proposed in July 2015.
