California Renter Protections Provided Under AB 3088
California passed a law that prevents renters with COVID-19 economic impacts from being evicted for not paying their rent. It also extends “Just Cause” eviction protections to all renters in the state. Make sure you know your rights as a renter and what steps to take to protect yourself!
